Shipping policy
Order Confirmation:
As soon as you place your order, you'll receive a confirmation e-mail. We will check to verify that your items are in stock and available for immediate shipment. If your items are available for immediate shipment, we will process the charges and submit the order to be shipped within 5 business days.
If your item is on backorder or unavailable, we will void the pre-authorization and reach out to you immediately.
Order Shipment:
If your order is in stock, we will process your payment, and ship your order within five business days. You will receive tracking information within 24 hours of the order leaving the warehouse, to the e-mail address you provided. If you do not receive tracking information from us within six business days of your order, please contact us at orders@liorabath.com.
All orders in the contiguous United States, ship with our Free Shipping service. Transit time is between 3-5 business days.
If you need your order faster, please add a note in your order, AND send us an email to orders@liorabath.com, or live chat with a representative, and we will arrange for expedited shipping at your cost, if possible.
Damages:
Please inspect the packaging of your items when they arrive, if you notice any damage you should make note of it when signing for delivery. If your items do arrive damaged, please send photos to returns@liorabath.com and we will process a claim on your behalf.
Cancellations & Refunds:
All orders canceled after 48 hours are subject to a $20 administrative fee. Once your order has shipped, a 25% restocking fee will apply, and you will be responsible for all shipping and delivery costs. Refunds will only be issued to the original payment method used when placing the order.
